This is probably my favourite trance tune of all time. Quite a bold statement! This was one of the tunes that got me hooked on the genre, particularly Ferry Corsten's Moonman interpretation. Initially difficult to tell apart from the Moonman remix of Pulp Victim's The World 99, right up until the words "Liberta e desiderio" (yes, I do know all the words, yes I did sing them whenever it was played, yes I am sad). This tune has it all. A driving beat, an off-key cymbal (sounds odd, I know, but it works!) harmonious melody, euphoric synths (some might say cheesey, but they wouldn't say that if they'd heard it in Sundissential (Pulse), Gatecrasher, Passion, etc. back in '99), modest lyrics, excellent intro and outro for mixing purposes... what more can I say. Fantastic tune.
