Hand-assembled by the band, this limited edition of 128 CDs designated for promo use was made available in 1998 after receiving a damaged batch of CDs from Industrial Isolation Music.
The CDs themselves are the original 1994 pressing. The sticker on the front of the paper sleeve varied in the higher numbers because the band ran out of the V&S sticker. For example, one alternate version has an image of a skeleton.
