Reviews & Discussion

I have to say, the "real" Clubversion is the James Holden Remix. One of the best Madonna remixes ever... The Tiefschwarz Remix is kinda ok. Not bad and not good. A lttle bit boring. The Remixes of Stuart Price are everytime the same...same sounds etc. etc...All the other remixes for this track just suck.

"Get Together" had everything to be a big anthem for the summer of 2006. And it was. But again, the remixes are not as good as the original. Jacques Lu Cont is maybe the only one to give the track a potential club alternative with his mix. Danny Howells and Dick Trevor remove much of the original version appeal, just like Tiefschwarz. The mix of James Holden is a sort of experimental version, with some kind of bottle opener sound every 2 seconds (Pop!). Very strange, and very, very far from the original version. Definitely not club friendly, be aware. Then Stuart Price returns with a new uptempo version of "I Love New York" to please the crowds.
