"Nova" is an unsung classic from Marco Passarani in the european romantic techno vein somewhere between Carl Craig sensuality and UR epicness. It's a beautiful sensual panoramic progression that bursts into cinematic strings reminding certain Aztec Mystic or Los Hermanos grandeur (ie "Birth Of 3000"), and their european cousins (a warmer, more 'cinecitta' "Acid Eiffel" comparison springs to mind). In my opinion, a 'wrong time/wrong place' kind of record, as if this would have been released ten years earlier on Planet E, UR or F Com it would have -probably- been a triumph. But track it and keep it now, and be ready to unveil it on the next Detroit/UR revival in a few years, because this is one sure shot dancefloor shiver.
