On a back cover, there is this text: A Tribute to Euronymous 13/04 1968-10/08 1993 and two photographies - one of Euronymous and one of Hellhammer.
Session musicians are not mentioned anywhere on the release.
The murder of Euronymous by Varg happened right before the initial release of the record. Accordingly, the family of Euronymous asked Hellhammer to remove all bass lines from the album, because Varg's contribution did not deserve to be on the record, in their opinion. Hellhammer promised that he would replace bass lines, but it is thought he did not, so the record was left with Varg's basslines, although a bit lowered.
De Mysteriis Dom Sathanas means Lord Satan's Secret Rites, or at least that is what Euronymous wanted to write. In fact, that phrase is not written in correct Latin.
