I really don’t see why this release is rated so low. At this point I will admit SKAM was on the downslide and still appears to be with exception to a few artists. I find the Mellowtrons track “Bittersweet Symphony” to be strikingly similar to Gescom’s Mag and it’s a very good effort on their part. The Meat Beat Manifesto track is a bit weak considering that they had released the Actual Sounds and Voices LP and it being one of their best ever. It’s not a bad effort but it does bring my rating of the whole 12” to a 4/5. It may require a few listens before you get a full appreciation but it still worth the ten bucks you’ll spend on it.
