Here we've another comparatively overlooked djungle release, primarily due to Paradise City, an astringent acid-techno tune that, from the beginning till the very end, simply does not subside! An ebullient effusion of squelchy acid with hard, pulsating drums. One of the better of its kind and decidedly one of the best I'd heard from W. Voigt. If this one doesn't stir you, you may very well be a stoic. Frankfurt - Nagasaki is involved in some agreeable hardcore acid business with some accompanying abstract sounds that may place you on tenterhooks. Something that comes as a slight surprise, considering most productions under Voigt's Mike Ink moniker. Accident In Paradise employs pretty much the same acidline as A1 and is more acidic and less hardcore than the latter, and not any the worse. One of Wolfgang Voigt's strongest releases, particularly where varied acid is concerned.
