After 10 years of existing this record at last gave Ministry really big commercial success and it's still their best album. "NWO", "Just One Fix", "Scarecrow" - really good kick-ass rock songs, especially my favourite "Just One Fix" (I love that riffs!). "Jesus Built My Hotrod", the biggest Ministry hit is fuckin' crazy song, but not one of my favourite. "Scarecrow" is slow and dark - good cooler after 5 rocking tracks. "Psalm 69" except containing lots of potential hits also have ground-breaking song, like "Corrosion" - one of the first hard & fast tachno beats with samples and guitar riffs. Record closes mistery noise of "Grace" - you won't forget those apocalyptic screams.
