I was at a party last night (in the Flex Bar, Amsterdam) where Simon Baker, Chaim, Sandien played (and a few more djs). Sandrien stated playing this record (the A1 track, Help! I'm in Berlin) at 4:50 AM and the crowd just got totally mad.
So, the A and B1 tracks are both very fast and, as the label indicates, the tracks are filled with a lot of "klicks" (although I would call them ticks). The a side is 132 BPM but it flees a lot faster (Thats for the B2 side as well) so you can really steer your set to a climax with that one.
I don't really know how I can explain the song with words, I think you sould just check it out (Beatport and Juno are both selling it, so you can listen to it there).
