I love this CD. It is really great underground electro music. One of my favourites. There is a lot of Kompakt label music in this CD. This CD can easily transport to a dark Night Club in Berlin. Awesome selection from Miss Kittin'

this is a pretty good cd. i got it free on the cover of a magazine. not the best mixing but i cant complain about it since it was free. good tracks, but then i lot of the tracks were already played out by the time this cd was released. she did put a disclaimer in the magazine though that she was "forced" to put certain tracks on there like frank sinatra and house of god (cringe!). personally, i dont usually care for mix cds. it is not representative of the djs true style sinc they are always forced to include or exclude certain tracks based on what the label says.

i also noticed that they didnt include david carrettas vicious game on there. i dont think that is was because of gigolo, however, since there are quite a few gigolo records on there, and why would hell not want to promote david carretta and why would david carretta not want his track to appear on kittins cd? i think it was just a typo or something like that....it was a free cd, remember.

There is an unlisted track on this disc that appears between tracks three and four. The mystery bonus tune is none other than David Carretta's "Vicious Game" on International DJ Gigolo records. Maybe Muzik magazine couldn't get permission to license the tune from label owner DJ Hell or perhaps Miss Kitten had a it on white label and couldn't be bothered finding out the name. Whatever the story its all irrelevant because this is one hell of a brilliant mix, covering such a broad range of styles and throwing in a couple of essential old-skool classics as well (DHS + System 01). Perhaps the greatest mix cd ever given away free with a trashy british dance mag!
