Mr Fingers ... Ammnesia ... an amazing journey through classic house, a trip featuring some mind-bending acid/deep house tracks with that irresistible oldskool groove. Larry Heard is simply a genius. He makes house music sound so good, no wonder why his records and compact discs can fetch a ridiculous amount of money, but it's well worth it. My favourite tracks here besides the greatest house track ever "Can You Feel It" are "Washing Machine" - an amazing "twisted" acid house track and "Mystery Of Love" - a very beautiful deep house gem.

I spent over a year searching for this cd at a decent price, and I finally snagged it this month. Well, I'm happy to say it's all I hoped it wouild be and more. Classic early Warp feel to alot of the tracks, groovy beats and basslines mixed with soulful pads and driving lead syths. A handful of the tracks really hit you where it hurts. "Bye Bye", "Stars" and "The Juice" are beautiful examples of how early techno influenced an entire movement(Artificial Intelligence series, GPR, and releated artists). Fantastic album.
