Mr Raoul K - Le Cercle Peul

Baobab Music is proud to present it’s first release: ‘Le Cercle Peul’ . Ivorian producer Mr Raoul K manages to combine the organic grooves of traditional African instruments (which were recorded live during sessions in Ivory Coast ) with modern european production techniques. The stunning result is a slick grooving piece of classic housemusic, melting the sounds of now with the sounds of dancemusic’s ancestors. ‘LCP’ comes in two different mixes. With the ‘Originalmix’ showing a more musical, kind of laidback approach whilst the ‘Clubmix’ aiming straight on the dancefloor with more accented drums and a dramatic breakdown. ‘LCP’ has alreay received quite positive reactions via MySpace by the likes of Henrik Schwarz, Josh Deep, Jerome Sydenham and Jephté Guillaume.
