The man himself not so long ago described it to me as 'just stockport tap water innit?!'
Living in stockport myself i see where he comes from with the comment+can't really disagree..
A killer backbeat drops into more of a hip hoppy beat halfway through, but it's the sub, bassline+attention to detail that makes the a side an essential tool in your record box.
This release also features another album track, taken from the excellent ninja tuna, in the form of bang the floor. A tune that combines the talents of production+thirst for bass of Mr.Scruff+Danny Breaks says as much as you might well need to know.
If you dig the 1st 2 the 3rd track will be up your street too. Deep house meets dubstep in cat+mouse, a bside which also features on bonus bait.
Not just because Mr. Scruff is a local hero+personal idol, I do reccommend picking up anythin you can weather it be mixes, tunes or albums - quite simply imaculate.
