Musterion is dark ambient, but its nowhere near as terrifying as Atrium Carceri. This album seems to be a musical companion for a Lovecraft novel.. but i'm not familiar with the book or story.
Never-the-less.. i still find this to be a great ambient listening that throws in a lot of classical instruments and spooky voice samples from time to time. Ambient fans who enjoy cinematic quality in their music should check this one out.
