Nihil Fist - Think & Destroy

This release is the worst thing I've ever heard. One big noisy mess. You don't even need to buy this records, just set maximum speed in your 'tracker' and add noise from C-64 or Atari tape or put monkey at front of your computer, resoult be the same.

Doesn't matter which track are you listening, all starts with music sample then noize with hundreds of bpm. It's enough to listen it once then you could easily forget about it for rest of your life.

This record delivers a crossover between speedcore/breakcore and harshnoise. It's too harsh and noisy to be seen as hardcore dance music, but still there is too much beat in it to talk about pure harshnoise. This is best called sabotagecore. Especially because of it's militant background. This vinyl is a digital punk record for me. It doesn't try to satisfy the listener with rythmic structures, but crushes to your brain like a piece of pain. It's all about anger in a world of capitalist oppression.

yah this record is fucken crazy. layer old surf music over some intense ass speedcore can only can sound so good for so long. i listen to this album in thirty second intervals at -8 pitch and it still sounds too fast. although for some reason i like the johny cash intro track -starts off with a few bars from an unmolested country song and then just jumps straight into some screaming mayhem.

Pffff...anyone can crank up the tempo on fruity loops and churn out this kind of stuff, this is the kind of record that does fast industrial music no favours. Ive spoken to enough people who like their gabber and speedcore and the consensus was that this is one of the lamest records they had heard in some while and I agree. For the life of me I cant imagine why Praxis put this out, remember kids: you dont have to be hard to be fast and you dont have to be fast to be hard. Theres far far more interesting, imaginative and often better produced 250+ bpm stuff out there.

This record will test even the most open minded of listeners. All these tracks can only be best described as an unrelenting barrage of sound, ultra speedcore with extra noise over the top of it all.
