Recently discovered Noisia from a Perth friend/DJ... blew my mind! This EP especially, which I own now is unbelievable. Their production is second to none, great atmospherics combined with dark bass and squelching sounds. The title track "The Tide" is my favourite, charging energy with great edits/fills throughout. Some of the best d&b I've ever heard, highly recommended, for all music lovers, not much rocks as hard and as intensely on all levels as Noisia...

Starts with atmospherics reminiscent of an old shipyard. The the voice. Oh what a voice it is. Then 4 minutes of MENTAL drum and bass. So intricate. It twists and turns, ducks and dives. I can see why it took them 6 months to make this. Absolutely big.
