Indeed this is pretty boring though some spacy etheral tracks . And it is pornoish music. No way all tracks are made from internally recorded noises ( as if the bass line on Amaurophila could be just by using this technic)altough Outlet must be . The all concept's weak anyway apart if you're some kind of audio peeping tom . For me it's just another weak hype so listen to VS other prodz to digg is groove but have a listen to this and judge by yourselve.

agree with above comment. the concept of this record is far better than the end product. i dont believe for a second that all of the sounds are from their shagging either, the drum sounds, for example, are either very very well disguised slapping noises or they're just regular snares and kicks. if the noises are all real sex noises, he hasnt done them justice as the end result sounds obvious and even derivitive of a few hardcore/jungle records from the early nineties. boo!

Looking from the side of Venetian Snares, this release is definitely a step down. As creative, versatile and aggressive as Aaron Funk was, here he concentrated on a single rather primitive idea - sampling sex sounds. Yes, these sounds are clearly recognizable through all 6 tracks, especially "Blood on the Rope" and "Pervs". But the music itself is rather simple (in scale of Aaron's potential, of course - many many others would die to produce such a record). Rachael's ambient parts are nicely integrated into the pattern but are not a critical improvement to the record. Overall, it's listenable, but will be a disappointment to VS fans.
