This is a real treat! Just classical piece of music! The artwork fits really well with the music, u can feel the midevil vibes all the way through!
It weird that this is not "more known" album than it is?! Because its such a great release, with a much more inovative sounds than most artist can come out with.
This is Definitly one of the best releases in 2005!

Some people says it sounds like "IM - Classical Mushroom" I dont think so, it's just very epic music aswell thats the thing that they have in common! Thats just because its picturés, story telling music does not mean its the same... Talpa has some of the same qualities but its not the same music, it has similarities to each other but it is not the same thats for sure!
Classical Mushroom was writing history when it was releast back in 2000 and Nystagmus - The Immaculate Perception is doing the same now.

This album is all about originality. Even the sound production is... Let's call it "original". The music itself has no boundries. The main guideline is "psychedelic fullon" but don't let it fool you - the music here is old-skool influenced and very psychedelic. The psychedelia is backed by a bunch of drug samples which are by no means cheesy or childish - they are used in such an hilarious way that sometimes you just can't help it and laugh. :)

Mind blowing album. Really pushes new realms, and does it well. The first track is the weakest I think... and when you hear it you think "whats so great about this!" But after that, all top quality tracks. In fact I totally overlook the first track... its not bad, just doesn't keep up with the others in my opinion... everything else is: totally awesome and/or powerful and/or crazy and/or funny. :)

When I first heard this album, I wasn't overly excited. The tracks seemed to lack structure, and I couldn't grasp the flow of it all. Still, it was obvious I had to buy it. Now - it is clear that Sundance's tour de force continues! This CD has grown on me to become one of the best psytrance albums EVER - in my opinion this rivals the likes of Hallucinogen's seminal works. Mindbending melodic psychedelia, a joy for the ears and the mind - interspersed with funny snippets of various kinds. Forget the israeli copycats and wannabes... I truly hope this is the future of psytrance!
