This album is dedicated to Pavilosta, latvian little town, Baltic sea, where it was so good for us, as far as it happens probably.
Working at audio installation for International Architectural Exhibition "NEXT" that took place in Venice, september-november 2002, where Latvia was represented by project of a the new Latvian National Library building by arch. G. Birkert - Gaismas Pils, we produced a lot of audio material, and a huge part of it was left without use for exhibition needs. Now its about one year passed since exhibition and we decided to do something with those materials. Here is the result of our post overture. We should mention also a special role of a small Latvian seaside town Pavilosta that remarkably influenced our work. With help of our colleagues Voldemars Johansons and Ingars Smans we spent there some time in august 2002, improvising with our musical stuff: hardware meets software, swimming in a warm Baltic sea, watcing sunsets from old sea lighthouse - having a good time we got a plenty of positive energy there which is easily recognizable in tracks of "Pavilosta" album.
