The best reason to get this record is for the David Gray remix: the beckoning lyrics and music beg the orbital production and the two compliment each other very well. It almost sounds like old Orbital.
The mixes of Frenetic are house, something the P&P Hartnoll have swayed their fingers towards more since the millenia. I'm not saying it's crap but I feel none of that usual 'heart' I get from Orbital.. they do that- hone that frequency of love so well.. I just don't hear it here. And there's a Chime remix here, too. It's nothing special, really. It sounds like the live performance of Chime from the Satan Live recordings- a little edited but nothing spectacular, even if Chime was a great track.
