This release really plays tricks on you!! You have two very contrasting tracks which sneakily use identical choruses. What I've always found rather confusing is that the sounds of these tunes seem to be very different from their allocated titles. It's almost as if they were mixed up on purpose in order for you to spot this! Another sneaky element about this release. Now, onto the track descriptions...
"Arctic Globe" is the tougher of the two songs. With Ron van den Beuken-influenced sounds, it has a tough build followed by an absolutely explosive chorus. Strong chords exist throughout the song which can be described as a hybrid of tough and emotional, a description which is also present in many Ron van den Beuken productions.
"Prison Break", on the other hand, is much more of a softer track with uplifting appeal. A highly recommended production for fans of Orjan's "Carabella" remix with Galen Behr.
Quite the one worth watching!
Orjan, who of late has been known to show a fairly soft sort of side, has here embraced the harder faction of dance and has given us not one, but two leading headliners. Although 'Arctic Globe' had been acknowledged as 'A', the flip, known to all as 'Prison Break' offers much of the first side's "flavour". With either, you'd be quaranteed to shake things up and if you've been offered to open at the peak, you'd be assured of dancefloor frenzy!
