Some tracks feature lots of layered distortion done quite nicely, and powerfully. Others are more dreamier, in a dark sort of way. Still others blend both of those sounds potently, arriving at sort of a NON/EINSTURZENDE NEUBAUTEN mixture with some haunting vocals and pounding, sampled drums appearing here and there. There is speaker thrashing clamor and then slowly building resonance from track to track.
This album is not for people new to the Dark Ambient Noise genre. If you play it around someone unfamiliar with Industrial Noise I guarantee they will question your taste in music, and possibly your sanity as well. But because it's released on the MALIGNANT record label, you know it will be good before you even listen to it.
I regard this disc as a very valuable addition to my collection.
