Marcus Salon was the man behind the TZ series. I believe this release was before he got started with all of that. The Outlander EP is a very, very strong release.
R&S were pretty much at their peak round about the time this came out. There was not a better label on the planet.
Propably the most intelligent Techno Rave Ep released in 1991 by R&S. while Beltram was pumping out tracks based on one good sound, Marcus Salon was pushing the boundaries of where Techno was meant to go.
"Vamp" is ofcourse the recogniseable track, but the rest of this Ep is better, with a smooth Industrial feel.
