Once again we have two international featurings, who all are located on the darker side of Earth.
For a difference on this release, The Outside Agency also collaborated with two Dutch top-producers.
Waste Of Humanity is a hard, rough, and fast track. It's pounding sounds, and screaming synth gives you an immediately feeling of stomping in the ground.
Awesome production from TOA & Ruffneck!
Clockwork Paralysis is definitely a well-produced industrial track with a touch of dark norwegian atmospheres.
As some of you may have recognized, Clockwork Paralysis is heavily influenced by Walter Carlos' movie-theme music, from the futuristic Kubrick classic, A Clockwork Orange.
It's been a while, since we last heard from PetroChemical, but it was certainly worth the waiting time!
Scattered contains hard kicks, gritty sounds, respectively fast, hard and dark industrial hardcore - exactly what you can expect from an operation with Ophidian.
Great stuff!
Manhunt II is probably the darkest track on the vinyl. The spooky effects, and the creepy atmosphere gives you goose bumps.
But even if a goose bump reflex occur on you, it doesn't change the fact, that Manhunt II is the most boring track on the release.
The buildup isn't the best, and the kicks are pretty 'weak' - still a nice track from TOA & Fracture 4 though.
Even though it's absurd, I will still compare this second installment of Goes Noord vs The Rest of the World to the first installment from 2003.
This one is far more completed and perfected than the first.
Each track on this vinyl have their own unique sound, so there will probably be something on this release, that fits your taste.
So, what can I say? Another must have for every Genosha fan!
