I could just say WOW! but that won't do the job right ;) What we have here is a damn fine piece of modern electronica (ME not IDM since there is nothing intelligent about music, neither this stuff is dancy unless u are a professional ballet performer). Panta Rhei brings a type of music (yet) undefined and that's just what I love about it. It has complex rhythms, gloomy vocal samples & sounds kinda cripple, but it tells a fascinating story (at least in my head)! Very early skam-like (what the general sound is concerned) but more "un-heard" or less "we have experienced that one before". Do note that Panta Rhei is very obscure (only little information can be found on the web) & I truly hope they ever make their come-back in a place near mine/yours ... Very intruiging, an absolute MUST!
