What we have here is a fine piece of thrilling electronic music. Panta Rhei produces a type of music (yet) undefined bringing complex rhythms & gloomy vocals. It might sound kinda cripple for some, but what a fascinating story! Very early skam-like (what the general sound is concerned) but definitely less "we have experienced that one before". Very original without getting into extremities. Panta Rhei is very obscure too as little info can be found on www. A shame they didn't produce any more music, they seem to have disappeared just like that. Very intruiging, an absolute MUST.
