Somewhere Beyond is a true underground free party classic, a slow, dark, chugging, trip-out track sitting between acid house and techno (or should that be 'somewhere beyond' the two?!), with a similar deep vibe to (for example) DIY's Hothead EP.
I remember this one being played out at a dingy rave in Bristol under the motorway in the early or mid 90s; it sounded so perfect in that weird place, like music from the end of the world (this effect was probably also due to the ketamine, admittedly).
All in all, a criminally overlooked tune.
