I already knew of the original when I copped this 6 years ago and I didn't think much of the song and i just thought it was yet another track by some group who romanticised the 80's new wave sound. But the single having a FPU remix really intrigued me and I had a listen and didn't have a doubt of buying it.

Peter Benisch did a mighty fine job with this, the initial work was by slowing it down to 140 from it's original 165. Then by using one of the rhythm guitar parts he lays a poppy electro foundation and works the vocals over it. He reshaped the lyrics and put dreamy effects on Annika Mellin's vocals and then laced gorgeous synth-strings on top.
