A sticker on the the cover says: "ATTENTION 100% of Megatone's worldwide profits from this record will be donated to G.M.H.C. to help fight A.I.D.S." (G.M.H.C. - Gay Men's Health Crisis) The disease was relatively unknown by the common people.
Patrick Cowley was one of the first well known music artists who died of AIDS.
