This compilation has it.
The true spirit of goatrance is manifested on this unbelievable trip to the sources of energy and movement. Hit after hit, after hit, after hit takes you to somewhere you have never truly been. Paul Oakenfold has done a masterpiece in mixing and compilating. This compilation is a must-to-hear and a splendid purchase to any collection.

10/5!

When I first listen to the "Order Odonata" compilation, I thought "this is it - Trance music has changed forever". As mentioned: "Hit after hit after hit..."

However, Oakenfold's set was a big disapointment: he miss the whole feeling that you got from "Order Odonata" compilation, which contains more or less the same tracks. Mny of them are old-favorites.

The musical editing, the amateur DJ mix, a bad mastering, and the fact that nobody thought about spiliting the set into seperate tracks, shows that it's not enough just to put a few good tracks into a continues mux. Music has to "Flow", and on this case it doen't work!

I never realy liked Oakenfold work, but this CD is simply a disaster!!! Shame on you, Paul!

This DVD has not met my expectations, unfortunately. The music selection is great, but I already had this mix on CD, and if you're a real psychedelic fan, then you should already have most of these tracks elsewhere. The 3D videos are very primitive, consist of geometric shapes ONLY (do NOT expect to see the real Teleport video by Man With No Name), and are probably just a bit more complicated than winamp/windowsmedia visualization plugins. The 3-dimensionality is also poor: images look like consisting of three very distinct planes, red in the foreground, green in the middle and blue in the background. You can't perceive the videoset as 3D until you forget about those planes. But to finish on a positive note, this DVD is definitely one of a kind. By the way, it can be viewed without glasses at all, if you don't need 3-dimensionality.

I just wanted to say that I own this DVD and one downfall is that it only comes with 1 pair of the glasses. You can order more online at several places. When I ordered mine you could choose between HD glasses and regular glasses. HD being for video, regular being for internet and printed images. I ordered the HD glasses and when I got them I noticed my glasses that came with DVD were definately regular glasses. The DVD is awesome and I dont want to deter anybody from buying it, I just wanted to point out that you may want more glasses and if you do get the HD glasses as their is a noticeable difference. If you love the DVD like I did you may want to get the other glasses anyways because they are better.
