Short & sweet, the 7" radio mix is the one - ominous, shady, madly drivey and seductive, accompanied if I remember correctly by an intensely hallucinogenic video (Rutherford wandering about a desert and tumbling in the sands). Who would have thought this was produced by the ABC starlets. It's the sputtering sequencers, the simply but efficiently arranged 909 drums and of course the 303 bleep pattern that give this track so much energy. Forget the alternative mixes - this is one of the strongest solo pop dance debuts that I can remember.
