Peak (7) ‎– Darksuite

Released on a label notorious for quality releases that quickly become icons amongst collectors, this one defenitely stands out. Dropping the needle on the A side effortlessly invokes images of that dubby dubby tech house, with the Soultourist remix expanding the somewhat raw original track one step further.
However it's the youANDme remix on the flip side that is the essential experience here. Starting with a few subtle piano notes, the track evolves into a unbelievable dubby monster that when dropped at the peak hour (pun intended) will bring the unsuspecting crowd to a hot, sweaty, steamy mayhem, that somehow ventures on the borderline of climax, climbling, reaching, searching, not alowing to reach the end...and it comes in a brown marbled translucent vinyl....
