The bluesy, dreamy LYING PEACEFULLY from Pepe Deluxé gets a nice complement of Nordic mixes (with the exception of the mid-tempo electro mix from the UK's Radio Slave, of course). Ralph Myerz goes more upbeat and funky, taking out the vocals almost entirely. Husky Rescue goes the opposite direction in an mix that emphasizes a Hammond organ with the vocals in the beatless intro before shifting the song to a minor key. Not surprisingly, it works just as well as a torch song.
