The Tong side isn't that bad although it is quite a compromise of styles as one can imagine (Commercial Garage/House, Early Speed Garage, Trance etc).
Boy George's mix on the other hand, is not very good at all. It has dated really badly (may not be helped by the inclusion of big beat tracks by the Monkey Mafia).
It's mixed decently but I'm sure it's not down to either Tong or George but their mixing engineers. Both had reputations for being awful technically especially before the advent of cds/laptops etc.
Was a good introduction to clubbing for the casual house listener. is it now 10 years later? Probably not.
