Actual title of release is DAT Hell - A Collection Of Mental Breakdowns Behind The Yellow Door, though it is listed in bold on the spine (and on the official website) as simply DAT Hell. Release is actually uncredited, however it is listed as "Phillip Western" on his official website.

Tracks 1-04 and 1-05 are listed as "Party's Over" and "Snackin' On Acid", respectively, in the liner notes, however they are spelled differently according to the official rear tracklist. Tracks 1-16 and 2-18 are not listed on the packaging or in the liner notes.
