This old classic was turned into something bad. The stereo tracks are just annoying with the instruments coming from different speakers. It does not sound good, and if you've got the original already this is not worth buying unless you just want to pay for Interstellar Overdrive (French Edit), Matilda Mother (Alternative Version) & Interstellar Overdrive (Take 6). The record looks good in the book-cover and everything, but the second CD is really not worth listening to... If you want the tracks from the third CD, then buy "1967 The First Three Singles" instead...

If you ask me, this album has got to the best album of all time!! Syd Barrett influenced everyone from the Beatles to Radiohead and everything else in between!! This is very pioneering and still is today mainly because of the sounds that are used! Everything else is just second best! You can't top this album, its perfection and plus it would be impossible!! There isn't a bad track on this album, there all brilliant!!! 100 out of 10!!!
