Pretty Tony - Fix It In The Mix

Here we have the definately first pressing of "Fix it in the Mix" by "Pretty Tony Butler".
Later 1984 it have been distributed by "Sunnyview Records". Have been repressed on many more US and International Labels. This is the only pressing from 1983, and of course out of Miami.
I think I don't need to say to much about the track, I would say the first real Vocoder Rap Electro Record. The mother of all Vocoder Raps. Many other artists copied this style in the 80's. But this one is surely a classic and one of the best Vocoder Raps.
The original first press is really hard to get, and when it appears it is always in bad condition, so the problem is to find it...And to find it in good condition LOL.
In any case a real collectable record.

This has got to be the greatest record ever produced by Tony Butler. Every year this record is still played and still get's the crowd dancing! I would rather own an original with a few pops and clicks than the almost identical looking bootleg. The bootleg has a glossy label and the "Manufactured by Sunnyview" text at the bottom of the label does not 'curve' properly compared to the original. Many of the bootlegs are being sold as 'still sealed'.
