Includes an A5 size sheet with tracklist and line-up.

Side B ends with a locked groove which repeats the last few seconds of "Swan Lake" endlessly until the needle is lifted from the record.

Jeannette Lee is credited as being a member of PIL for this record, though it is known that she did not perform any musical function in the band, but rather admin/PR and occasional video recording. The similarly credited Dave Crowe performed an accounting type role within the PIL 'company'.
