More hip-hop funk from the Purple Penguin on his INSTRUMENTALS EP. There's the thumping, kung-fu movie quoting "Non-Deadly" and the groovy "Worth." The Runaways get their hands on "Apollo" and turn it into a scratch-happy track. But the undisputed gem here is the instrumental version of "Raw Deal," which gets an funky rub, leaving only the chorus from the original and showing how good the track is to begin with.
