Beyond Sunrise - one of the most powerful Goa-Trance tracks ever made. No, there's nothing really sophisticated about it. It's actually a quite simple tune, with the usual sound, but I guess that's why it works. This is exactly what you expect from a Goa Trance record - head banger, send your brain to the next galaxy (hello Martians!) and bring you back, deep inside your inner space. There are no extra "DJ friendly" beats for mixing. Just a dramatic intro, and ending. Do we need anything else?

HOWEVER...
I think the real reason to get a copy of this EP is track B2 - "Dawn Goddess". A beautiful soft morning tune, with some ethnic element and beautiful melody and soundscape. This is one of those tunes that keeps playing in your mind, long after you listen to it, and makes you wanna take your old backpack, your tramping shoes, a sleeping bag... and go around the world.

As for B1 - "Anjuna", What the hell is this thing doing on such a precious record?
I guess we all make mistakes sometimes...
