as a single pressing of 3000 copies in gatefold sleeve.
First pressing:
198 copies on green vinyl (this)
302 copies on yellow/orange vinyl
2500 copies on black vinyl
Second pressing:
An additional 198 copies on blue vinyl were pressed by the band (with permission from Man's Ruin) in late 1998.
Those were mainly sold on the 1999 US Tour.
