Quentin Harris - Let's Be Young

Hearing this played at The Shelter in NYC by Timmy Regisford every weekend for a while in 2005 was a real treat. This was the first place this track was dropped, before it was an official release. Timmy Regisford and Quentin Harris work together on many productions and Timmy testing Quentin's stuff out for him on the dancefloor of The Shelter was (and is still) a common occurrence.

The track's long length was great, the whole club had time to stop what they were doing and get on the floor and dance!

The first time I had the opportunity to feel the impact of "Let's Be Young" on a dancefloor happened in a DJ set by Anderson Soares @ Colors Party, if I'm not wrong about 2005.

The combination of the soulful strings and all that Disco brass arrangements is simply amazing. It kind of synthesizes everything you want from a real House track, specially these days.

I just can begin to imagine how huge it went on the House audiences Worldwide, because in my Country it was 'FOR SURE'.
