This EP feels like a gift to the coolest girl I could ever hope to meet. Plaintive, extraordinary, wild, chunky, impossible. Made almost entirely with the Korg 700, the richness and depth of the electro-pop jumping off this record are astounding, and the catchiest vocal vocoding/gating effect this side of Erasure shows just why Kompakt are true harbingers of a neo-electro 80s lust.
