Roni Size Featuring D.J. Die* - Size Of Things To Come

A great EP from a time when Roni Size could do no wrong! "Jazz Thing" is a classic, but for me I always return to the soulful haunting of "The Calling". A slow builder with spooky horn that sounds like the calling of a mysterious beast echoing out across... well whatever you want it to be I suppose but crescendoes with some beguiling chords that underline the mood of the track!
Awesome stuff, and almost unrecognisable from the Bristolian's more dancefloor derivative material of late.
