SMD#1 "Orange Side" to me is a really over rated tune! Its extremely cheesy and has really poor sound quality. I'm sure that if I heard it the night Slipmatt dropped it on dubplate I would have cringed and used that time to use the bathroom.
The flipside, "White Side", however isn't nearly as bad. Its quite good, and I rather like it. It marries two famous tracks that use the same piano sound, Bizzare Inc. "Playing with Knives" and Terrorize "Such a Feeling". After hearing "White Side" you'll know these 2 tracks were just ment to be together.

The one that started the series off and possibly the best release of all. Sampling Congress' '40 Miles', this was possibly overly happy for its time, but sounded great anyway. On the flip, Slipmatt fuses 'Playing with Knives' and 'Just a feeling' together in fine style while keeping the essense of each. Listen to Slipmatts set from Dreamscape 8 to see each in full effect. Awesome!
A side uses that piano line that "40 Miles" by Congress used (and a million other hardcore tunes). Many call this the first happy hardcore tune ever. AA side puts "Playing with Knives" over "It's Just a Feeling" by Terrorize. You know they were always meant to be together.
