Reviews & Discussion

This is the CD that got me started on electronic music in to a genre that I could really appreciate. It flows so seamlessly, and the first time I "got" the transition from "Fibonacci Sequence" in to "Zoe" was like an epiphany. The CD spews endless sunshine and happy beats without getting to cheesy.

It's also one of the few compilations where most of everything offered is quality. "Fibonacci Sequence", "Zoe", "Xpander", "My Lexicon", "Sacred", "Mercury and Solance" - screw it, the only tracklisting.

There's a reason this is regarded as one of the, if not the, best release on the GU: 0xx label.

I have been into all forms of electronic music since about 1994 but did not listen to it exclusively until I heard this and I knew I would never listen to anything else. As far as track selection goes this ladies & gentlemen is as good as it gets. CD1 is progressive house at its finest, it reminds me of the ibiza sound but a little darker, CD2 is just straight up awesome, brings me back to the good old days of Twilo. Sasha has been mixing for a long time and it shows, in my opinion is the pinnacle of his work. The man like delivers again in spades. This album is nothing short of spectacular and I never get tired of hearing it. This is the reason I mix records now.

This is one of the tightest mix Cd's that I have. The song selection is totally awesome, and the way sasha is able to mix them is flawless. Both, Cd's are great but I think disc one is easier to listen to all the way through, "My Lexicon", and "Feel High" will sweep you off your feet. On the second disc "Xpander" and "Future In Computer Hell Part 2" will get the party started ;).
