Schiller - Zeitgeist

While listening to the beginning and the end of the album there's a sense that you are listening to an audio support material to some lessons of Deutsch. There’re a lot of non-rhythmical monologues in German, with no correspondence to the music. That's why the album shouldn't be played even in the background when relaxing - though the voice is calm, it's sound engineering is tensing.

If to come to discussing the tracks, there should be said, they are clearly divided into two groups. The first group is down tempo with attempts to clone Enigma - with the same (100%!!!) beat & bass, the same sound (Gluck und Erfullung, Freiheit, Ruhe, Zeitgeist, Das Ende). The second group is some mainstream progressive trance of radio format, though not usual, 'cause the tracks include the sound of the first down tempo Enigma-like group. Melodies & production in them are mostly not very varied from the main theme of the album - Das Glockenspiel.

When I was in a thoughts to pay for this album or not (it's odd, but there was no opportunity to listen to it, - lack of time), I was searching for the comments on it in Discogs. Because directly I found no comments, I've decided to write this one to advise people to find better ways to invest their earnings, than to enlarge their musical collection by this album.
