I believe this to be a bootleg release, because it is lacking the proper copyright information, or a catalog number on the actual disc... however, this is by far the best collection of remixes that were released for the Scissor Sisters single, "I Don't Feel Like Dancing". This was a great song when Pink Floyd did it, and it's still great with the Scissor Sisters infusing it with an all new Dance/Rock energy. I have nothing but kudos to them for such a great remix, and to their label for picking so many well suited remix producers.
Even though I'm not too fond of the original version, this promo has an exquisite Stuart Price remix that puts the dancin' back on track - with the mandatory electric bass nu disco feel and sparse use of the vocals - I feel like dancin'!
The Linus Loves Dub is a really funny and quirky cut up voices electro that enables the vocals to reach new heights - totally recognizable but out of place or rather, going new places!
Sadly, I do doubt that my copy is an original/official promo. All about it signals that it's a boot by hard to find records.
With this warning I wish you luck in finding the real deal.
