Are You A Big Boy DJ?
Big tune. Grimey Bass. Krunk funk fun. Si Begg on top form. Rock solid dancefloor material.

I See Them All The Time
Deep dubbed out stepbass. A real late night affair. Minimal dubstep if you will. Big crossover potential with this. As a stand alone track it needs something more. Whack it in the mix and it’s a winner.

You Shall Know Our Velocity
Another tune on the minimal tip. A heavy hint of wonk and a big yet understated jacking feel. Late night/ early morning hypnotic and proper business. The track builds subtly yet strongly.

Better Living Through Distortion
Big. Again. Big. Glitched out distorted beats and bass. Wonky electro bass breaks with overdrive. This is screaming to be put on it’s natural home: a fuck off huge soundsystem. Massive tune. The melody half way hit the mark just right. Get this.

Rapid Eye Movement
Haunting synth leads us in, in comes the echoed space kick which continues until finally the beats are broken out. Jazzy broken beat. Glitchy in programming but solid drum sounding off from real drum hits. The signature jacking bass melody is very present. A wicked track, both uplifting and grimey.

16 Lover
Glitch head nodding bass. Vocal snippets and scratches permeate all over the joint. Big booming bass interrupts the party samples. This is huge sounding. Short and to the damn point. Dunked in reggae and with an aftertaste of skank. Reminiscent of Coldcut’s classic More Beats + Pieces.

Revelation Revulsion
Kraut-rock acoustic chords and distortion lead us in. Dirty glitched (how many times can we use that word in a review) bass beats hit and once again Si is on fire with the production. A far left wonk attack.

Sunshine 08
Again. Big sounding. Taking influence from the French Disco Glitch House a’la Ed Banger records and crew, which is currently hot in clubland. Well, Si takes it off at a different tangent and makes it his own. This is firmly in Mr Begg’s dimension of dancefloor.
