The beautiful album "(The Theory Of) Silent Phase" made by Stacey Pullen (1995) under the homonimous Silent Phase alias was acclaimed by the critics with releases on two essential labels of quality-underground dance music: Transmat (USA) and R & S (Belgium). Stacey defines the singularity of his masterpiece with the quote: "I lived in Europe around the time 'Silent Phase - (The Theory Of)' was conceived, and I had plenty of European influences on that album. But at the same time, I was teaching the Europeans about Detroit's worldwide influence."

"Psychotic Funk", "Electric Relaxation" and most of all "Meditive Fusion" are tunes that deserve the intense listener's very special attention. Stacey puts together on all of them his funky & soulful-futuristic perspective.
